Blue tooth not working RRS feed

    I just bought this computer. I pared it with my Polk5000 sound bar. Computer says Polk 5000 is pared. Device is on. No sound.

    Appears to be a disconnect somewhere but I do not know how to fix or find where.  I have been through all the troubleshooting phases. Any help will be appreciated.
