Error with incoming emails RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I have set up a CRM system. CRM 2016 on premise connecting to Exchange online. We have a queue and when we try and send an email into that queue we get the following message:

    [Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault]: At least one system user or queue in the organization must be a recipient

    The queue exists in CRM and the email is approved. I have checked the emailsearch table and can see two entries in there (8 and 2020 - User and queue). This address does also belong to a User who is now inactive in CRM.

    Any ideas on how to resolve this would be much appreciated.
