Protect Activities RRS feed

  • I cannot remove an "Action to take" notice that states "Protect home or work zone activities"
    There is an action box (Protect Activites) that does nothing when clicked.
    Because I can't clear this my status has dropped to Fair.
    I am up to date on all settings i.e. Scans, Updates, tune ups, backups etc.

    I have a valid subscription Version 2.0.2500.14
    Anyone help?

  • Try clicking on Change Settings and on the Firewall tab, click on Configure Network. Select if your network is Home or Work or if it is Public. If that does not remove the action item, contact support.

    If it fails to validate your subscription, select the option that you are using a trial or beta copy and you can proceed to email support without validation once you've signed in.
