Hello Drrck,
Are these errors related to Windows or Office Genuine Advantage?

I don't know. All I know is that I can't use MS Outlook 2007 to access my hotmail account. I have tried to access on both my desktop and laptop. Both of them give me the same error message. Even when I put in the correct password, It still does not recognize it.Sunday, September 6, 2009 2:35 PM

Hello everyone.
If you cannot access your hotmail account through your Outlook application, this step-by-step process should be able to help.
1. Go to Microsoft Office Outlook Connector 12.1
2. Scroll down to bottom of the page and download OutlookConnector.exe
3. Install it onto your PC.
4. Open your Outlook application and remove your hotmail account.
5. In the Outlook Connector tab; add a new account. It can be the same account name you have.
6. After you set up your new account, exit-out of the Outlook application. Then re-enter it. This will complete the configuration of your account.
