  • Question

  • What do people think about C360's tools?  I am trying some out - but having difficulties installing.  Do they make good stuff?

  • I have used them extensively.  You are going to want to get the support agreement.  You will need it.  Their documentation is terrible.  The products seem to work, but are very buggy.  I would not use them unless absolutely necessary.  It seems to me that they don't spend alot of time on revisions to correct the issues, because MS usually adds the functionality they provide in the next CRM version.

  • They make a took called Console, where you can make a dashboard of different views, and have one view drive other sections of the dashboard.  Does anyone know other companies that sell a tool like this?

  • I was responsible to upgrade MSCRM 3.0 to 4.0 with c360 and it was a lot of problems with it.
