  • I get as far as signing in and then it always asks for a product code.  I cannot get this red off my puter and have it working fully'

  • You need to sign in using the same Live ID and password used to activate the first computer. If you don't recall the correct live ID open One Care >Help>About Windows Live One Care on the first computer and you will see the Live ID associated with your One Care subscription.
