Two Microsoft Accounts with same details - Unable to take Certification Exam

  Hi,

  By mistake I have created two accounts with Microsoft with the same name , phone number and address details. I have scheduled Azure 300 certification exam with Pearson Vue.  Unfortunately when I am trying to access for the Exam details the account not having the examination details is opening by default. When I contacted Pearson Vue on this issue they told me that they cannot delete and merge two account and only Microsoft can help me on this issue. Can you please delete the account which does not have exam schedule please.
