8GB Ram 2100MHz
1TB HDD
Windows 7 Ultimate X64 ( Not genuine :/ )
Please respond soon so i can use it again!

This machine is based on a retail motherboard manufactured in 2011.
As such, it cannot possibly support the installed OEM_SLP Product Key from a Hewlett-Packard computer.
Since your computer apparently has no COA Sticker, it's likely that your original install was counterfeit - and certain that the current one would be classified as such.
Unless you can get some form of refund/recourse from your original vendor, your only options are to either purchase a new Windows License, or a new (properly licensed) machine.

To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool
(download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.x
- in your own thread, please
Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!

it was perfectly fine before my hard drive broke! it didnt warn me about anything and said it was fully activated! then my hdd broke and i got a free reinstall disk, entered my code and it says its not genuine! does it maybe think its being used on another computer still as it was already activated on my old hard drive?

It has absolutely nothing to do with your hard drive.
It is purely to do with the motherboard, and the Product Key in use.
You say you bought this machine only 12 months ago? New? - or as a resale?
The motherboard was manufactured around May 2011 - and never qualified for an OEM_SLP type product Key even then.
It's probably Atoo late now to complain to the vendor, but you should certainly complain to the authorities in your region (looks to me like you're in the UK - so Trading Standards, and the Police should be your first calls.)

but, if i brought a new motherboard, would it work like normal again?Wednesday, September 9, 2015 6:45 PM

No - that Key will ONLY work on the original manufacturer's board with which it shipped - i.e. one from Hewlett-Packard built specifically for Windows 7.
