CRM 2011 - Post Update Rollup 12/13 Error with SiteMap

Hi Forum,
Today we have installed update roll up 12 and then 13 from update 8. (on-premise)
As a result of this, link from the related record in sitemap has broken. out of all the related entity it only happens with 1 or 2 link only. rest of of link works fine and associated view does show up.
For example, from within Account record if I click on the related custom entity, no associated view comes up, though oppportunity, contact and other related entities assoiciated view does show up. but if I click on the same entity which also has relationship from Contact entity, associated view comes up.
It's not entity specific either core or custom. All 1:N relationship values are as it is(pre update).
Is there any one of you faced similar issue after installing UR 12 or 13 ?

It's possibly a issue related to rollup 13. Perhaps try installing rollup 13 on UAT and try it there? Could be a combination of JavaScript and rollup 13 causing the issue, so if UAT also breaks on rollup 13 then you can try disabling all JavaScript to see if that fixes it.

Check for any JavaScript running onload of the primary entity. If there is anything accessing the onclick event of the left-nav items it will need to be updated to support the new methods.
Also check for any other unsupported JavaScript you might have.

Thanks for your reply.
No, there is no unsupported JavaScript or any JavaScript on-click event on the left-nav item.
We have just rolled it back on UR 6 and now everything is back to normal.
It's even more frustrating while our UAT version doesn't behave like this. It’s on the roll up 12 too.

It turn out to be a combination of Roll up 12 and some unsupported Javascript on Account ribbon.
