Hi Justin, most reputable email and internet service providers won't let you send hundreds of emails with attachments because mass attachments clog networks and mailboxes so they won't get delivered.
Instead, try uploading your files to the internet and including a link in your email (which you can send using CRM or an email marketing service provider). Recipients can then download the file if they choose.

Hi Justin,
This post should help you with creating a html email template with images etc to use in your mailing. Like Neil suggested, you are better off hosting your attachments and linking to them rather than attaching them.
Cheers, Neil.

Just as an addendum to the other answers, CRM 4 is designed such that you cannot add attachments to mass emails, only to individual emails, which is the problem you're hitting. You can set up an on demand workflow to send an email with an attachment and apply this workflow to up to 250 records but that is as good as it gets. CRM 2011 DOES allow attachments to be added to templates so this may also be an option.
