When you configured backup, did you accept the defaults for 'What" to be backed up? And, when restoring, are you searching for the correct file names? I can't say for certain that Act data is backed up, but I would expect that it would have been backed up with the "other" type as long as the Act data was not stored within \Program Files or \Windows as these locations are *not* checked for files to be backed up.
I suggest that you contact support for help in restoring if the files were backed up and you are unable to locate the files.
