Your tools (MGA and KeyUpdater) caused my Computer to fail RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a Computer that I have been using for several months.

I thought I like testing things, I will learn something.

I thought no harm could happen, this software came with the Computer, it never fails, until I used your tool to tell me its bad:

1.I download both MGA and KeyUpdater.

    2. I install KeyUpdater and let it run, I get a flashlight and write down what the key is, after it scans it writes error.

    3. I restart computer, its asks me to activate, never did it before.

    4. I go online to activate, it prints, mistyped try again. Some other key is there - different. I erase that, I type the real thing, still prints mistyped.

    5. I tried the MGA, it is the same as what I tried to type.

    6. I try to activate again, same problem again.

    7. Tried the MGA again now prints, not activated

I tried using the other key, that I found already installed, when I tried to activate before, now I try in it the KeyUpdater, to see what happens, it stalled on the second letter.

  • I used System Restore, I went back to the nearest place before I installed it.

I'm back to where I should be.

  • I changed my mind on the subject of a cure, because my Retail Version problem never was cured.

I found that if I always use the Factory Image I have no problems.

If I buy Retail Version, I can not replace parts, or the Software is terminated.

Therefore I must never buy Retail again.

I tried every thing your tools don't work (MGA and KeyUpdater).

I tried the telephone to fix it, I tried the Internet to fix it.

You give me telephone number to fix it, nothing works.

My Factory Image is not OEM, its just Windows XP Home and Fujitsu.
