    Hi there...

     

    I live in Australia and my Windows Live One Care system needs to be renewed by purchasing a subscription for $49.95.

     

    No drama's there but every time I put in my details in the screen, because I'm not entering an Amercian State or Zip Code, it won't process the transaction... any suggestions?

     

    Hope someone can help :-)

    Open Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Genersl>Languages, add English ( Australia ) and you should be able to complete the renewal.
