i installed the backup device in aug.09,it is properly installed and identified in my computer.i have gone thru all the instructions in the help topix and i still get the statement from onecare,"onecare can't find backup device.please check your backup device and network connection,and then click ,start backup.i have gone thru this dozens of times and don't know what else to try.any help would be greatly appreciated,thanks.mmrjmr.
If that isn't the case or that didn't work, please contact support for help as backup should work with that drive as long as it is recognized by Windows and is connected via USB or Firewire.
