facing login,delay of opening crm form issues in our office usage of crm

  Login Issue:
  
         we are using CRM4.0 in our office.
  If we are going to open crm Froms,after sometimes it is again ask to login to open crm froms.i.e    it open login dialogue and ask username,Password to login again.
  This is happened after every 20 or 30 seconds,why this happened, how to fix this.
  
  
  Delay issue:
  
           if we are open crm forms(all the forms eg:Lead,account,Prspect...etc,...),it takes 1/2 mt's to take open a form.
  depends on the records it takes more delay.
  we are not facing this on server,only on desktop access of crm.
  we are using windows vista,IE8,IE7 version of maching sw configuration
  
  why this things happened,please reply me immedaitely,we are facing this fir last 2/3 month.
