HELP - I cannot delete my Hotmail account RRS feed

    I want to delete my outlook account.

    It is telling me I need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with my Microsoft account.

    When I go to the billing page, I don't have any paid services or accounts.

    Can someone please help me with this bug so I can delete my Hotmail account.
