ADFS Timeout for CRM 2011 Claims/IFD RRS feed

    Can anyone tell me if there is a maximum setting for the ADFS Token timeout setting relating to a CRM 2011 relying party?  Also exactly how the timeouts work?

    I have set the timeout to 10080 (aprox 1 week), but Im seeing users reporting the Sign Out page every day.

    I cannot get a good explanation for this - can someone help provide some facts around how this token timeout process works?
