    Is it possible to run a CHKDSK on the mounted secondary drives manually?

     

    If so, what switches can I use?

    Yes, it is possible. Run 'chkdsk c:\fs\<N>', where 'c:\fs\<N>' is one of the mount points under c:\fs. You can use any switches that would apply to a volume, like /f or /x for example.
