We are using Nortel CS1000 and OCS 2007 R2 and have a mixture of users, some with hardphones (Nortel 1220 handsets) and others using Office Communicator. When a user with a hardphone turns on call forwarding to an OCS user the number of rings heard by the
OCS user is different for internal and external calls. When an internal call is received the OCS user hears 6 rings, when an external call is received this drops to 4 rings. Wondering if anyone is aware of a setting for tweaking the number of rings in this
scenario.
OCS user is set to ring for 20 seconds before going to voicemail.
