6231B Maintaining a Microsoft® SQL Server® 2008 R2 Database RRS feed

  • I have installed the course material according to the steps provided and yet I can seem to get the Allfiles.vhd to map to the virtual machines, now I have local disk c and now d drive on the virtual machines

    I need urgent help please

  • I managed to figure out what I had to do

    I just add a new SCSI adapter

    add new hard disk

    then load the vhd from %systemroot%\ProgramFiles\Microsoft Learning\623XB\Drives

    select the 623xB MIA SQL(1) Allfiles.vhd

    start the machine and connect

    go to the computer management and storage management

    select local storage management and you should see the new disks

    right click them and select online

    this should mount the drives
