Connector and Owning User RRS feed

    When syncing orders from NAV 2009R2 to CRM2011 , all orders are "owned" by
    "First Name Last Name" , not the user who created the order! I have found that
    this is because the connector uses the Admin user to sync data , and the
    connector is not set up to sync the real owners name!

    Anyone have an idea to which maps to edit and which values to use in the
    Dynamics Connector to get the right name?

    Is this not setup using the salesperson - ERP person value

    When the connector is setup it alter the USER entity in CRM and adds a new lookup

    ERP SystemUser ID.  

    This will be a lookup to all the salespersons in NAV.  You use this to setup a link for the orders owner in NAV and link it to a user in CRM.
