Can't change settings or configure backup RRS feed

    I just installed OneCare and I want to configure the backup. I click on "Configure backup" and I get a message:

     

    "Your Backup is not yet configured. Please configure the backup and try again."

     

    I click on "Change settings" and nothing happens. What do I do?
