    I want to update my Profile picture, but when I click on the area top right to change it it goes to another account called lava_za when my profile is lavazza_za - and it changes the profile for lava_za but not mine, why is there 2 accounts linked and how come I can only edit the lava_za and not my profile?

    What is going on here?

    I suggest to email to fissues at microsoft dot com. Looks like your account is associated with the Lava_za profile, not the other one.
