CRM 4.0 Email Router 403 Forbidden error RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Am getting the error, shown below, for a queue, which can send but not receive emails, can anyone advise what to check?

    I can confirm that the configuration details in the E-mail Router Configuration Profile are correct.

    #26090 - An error occurred while opening mailbox xxx@xxcompany.com

     . System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

  • Are you using Exchange 2010?

    There is an similar issue with SSL.

    Is SSL disabled on the Exchange server.

    Check your router and email settings within Adminstration for some incongruities.
