CRM 2011 log dialog responses RRS feed

  • Hi ,

    I'm trying to find where does CRM log responses of dialogs, I found a filtered view called "FilteredProcessSession" but there are no logs for response fields I write in dialog.

    for example: I have a prompt question that has a response of type Boolean (yes,no) where CRM asks me to log the response when creating dialog or not. 

    Does CRM log the response from CRM user if he/she chooses Yes or No for that prompt field?

    Here is some sql that might assist you. The dialog responses are in the FilteredWorkflowLog.interactionactivityresult column but its denormalised data.

    SELECT 	a.name as dialogname, a.processsessionid, a.startedbyname, a.startedonutc,
    	a.regardingobjectidname, b.stepname, b.description, b.interactionactivityresult
    FROM 	FilteredProcessSession a
    	LEFT JOIN FilteredWorkflowLog b 
    		ON a.processsessionid = b.asyncoperationid
