  • Hi There,

    Can i trigger a Contact entity workflow when an email message is received? We have a form which captures a prospect's comment as well as other details. The information creates a contact record and the comment is stored as an email message in the queue.

    Is there a way to check whether or not the contact filled in the comments box (email description field) and then trigger a Contact entity workflow?

    I'm having problems begging with a Contact entity workflow and then triggering an Email worklflow.
