  • Hi All,

    I'm working on integration between Nortel CS1000E and OCS.

    I have a problem on Advanced Phone Integration Configuration.

    The user is enable for enterprise voice and pbx integration and the necessary uri information are written in the profile in the format :

     

    uri server : sip:445;phone-context=cdp.udp@ocsproxy.stt-telefonia.it

    uri line : tel:+3903xxxxxxx;ext=445

     

    On MOC i have automatic Advanced Phone Integration Configuration but i can't see the uri fields ( i suppose that thies fileds should be retrive from AD) . Also I can't switch to manual configuration.

     

    So i can't answer call using moc.

     

    Where is my mistake ?

  • One way to see what user properties the MOC has downloadet.

    You need to turn on logging in the MOC client.

     

    Use the snooper.exe tool and open the trace file in  C:\Documents and Settings\(username)\Tracing

     

    In the snooper trace you should find this

     

    <userProperties >

    <lines >

    <line lineType="Uc" >

    tel:+454435xxxx;ext=8xxx</line>

    </lines>

    <telephonyMode >

    Uc</telephonyMode>

     

    When you have set the uri in activ directory you can't do manuel configuration.

     

    The phone attribute in Activ directory is that in full e.164 format or is it only the extension number, if its only the extension number you should nomalize it in the Company_Phone_Number_Normalization_Rules.txt for Remote Call Control to work.
