  • Mark.R.Wright,

The diagnositc report indicates that Windows XP Pro is not activated due to an invalid partial product key

but that your Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003 is genuine.

Please re-enter the product key as should be found on the COA of the machine.

Here is how to find the COA:

    http://www.microsoft.com/resources/howtotell/ww/default.mspx

Was there anything that prompted this non-activation state? Please let us know of any screen errors and re-post if the instructions on this post has not resolved the issue

More information on how to activate Windows XP at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307890

Also you may reference the following site for various telephone activation centers:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326851
