Database for Dynamics AX : no support for smaller datatypes

  if u use an enum of 3 values, it is stored into an int datatype in sql server.

  It would be much better to use a tinyint for this..

  Also why uses dynamics ax 'weird' datatypes , instead of real id a nvarchar(20) datatype is used while normally u would agree an ID is best why to dsign the database..

  The way the database for Dynamics AX is setup, is not really the way it should be done.. also ax communicates to much in cursur record-based ways.. I would have expected 'more' from a Microsoft product..
