Cannot install OneCare on multiple PCs RRS feed

    I am trying to install OneCare on multiple PCs and it's not working.  I have it intalled on 1 laptop and understand that I can have it on 3 PCs.  On a 2nd laptop, I go to the main screen and select "Add Another Computer".  I then select under #1 "Install Windows Live OneCare."  It then takes me to a screen asking me to purchase OneCare (again?) then when I select "Go", I get a screen that says, "No available plans" because I already have a plan.  Help?!

    Here is an alternative way to install onecare on a 2nd or 3rd PC.

    On the 2nd or 3rd computer

    Go to http://onecare.live.com

    Click on Free Trial

    Choose to Install the Free Trial Version of OneCare

    After sucessfully installing onecare, subscribe using the Live ID or the email address you used to activate onecare on your 1st machine.

     

    To check what Live ID you have used to activate onecare on the 1st PC

    Open onecare

    Click on Help > About Windows Live OneCare...

    The Subscription ID is the Live ID used to activate onecare on your machine.
