WHS 2011 Dashboard connect issue RRS feed

    I'm running WHS 2011 SP 1 and Windows 7 on client machines. On my notebook, which is using a wireless connection at home - the Dashboard is unable to connect to WHS 2011. Both other desktops - using the wired network do not have this problem. However, after I launch Remote Desktop - on the notebook - the Dashboard is then able to successfully connect to the server.  

    In order to debug, I ran services.msc, before launching the Dashboard and then ran it again after the Dashboard was successfully lauched - and changed the few services to run automatically on start up. But this hasn't seemed to solve the problem.

    Apparently running Remote Desktop starts some services that Dashboard needs in order to connect to the server. Any suggestions on fixing this?
