Email Router archve incomming email if there is error while pushing into CRM RRS feed

  • HI All,

    There is situation where email router fails to push emails into CRM, and exceptions are logged into eventviwer. but email router process that email again and again and it's chowking the system. is there any configuration required where we can move/delete/archiev the email after certain attempt.
