    Hello Friends,

    I have configured crm 2011 IFD on our server. I can access the URL all ok . But when I type in my username and password on the crm login page I get this error message "AUTH: Authentication provider Microsoft.Crm.Authentication.Claims.ClaimsAuthenticationProvider rejects request."

    Strange thing is that I can access the crm and login perfectly fine inside the server, this error message only appears if I try to access the crm externally from my computer.

    I dont understand what I have done wrong. Error message points me to the claims based configuration but i have configured it all right.

     

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks all the problem is now fixed. I fixed it by upgrading internet explorer to IE9 and adding the URL into the trusted sites in the internet explorer.

    Hi,

    Could you look to see if there is anything in the CRM or ADFS event log that might help?

    Did you configure one relying party for the IFD endpoint or two (one for internal claims endpoint and one for IFD endpoint)?
