  Wow thanks a ton! Unfortunately I don't remember the ID I used to install it 2 years ago. Is there any way to find that out?

  If you have One Care activated on another computer open One Care>Help>About Windows Live One Care, and you will see the Live ID associated with your subscription. If you don't have One Care activated on another computer or if you do and cannot remember your password you can contact support for help.
