I have an on premise installation of CRM 2013, and need to remove the formatting for phone number fields. CRM currently formats these to allow the user to click on the field and call the phone number. This may be a nice feature, but it is not desired
in this case.
I found the setting to change the phone number provider, but there is no setting here for "None". I would think that there should definitely be a way to turn this option off, as it gets extremely annoying if you do not have Linq or Skype
installed.
