How to process XML Childnodes Asynchronously RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am having One xml file it contains nearly 500 child nodes and each of this child node contains 2 more nodes(first node is DB name ,and the other node is SQL Query and these two values we are passing as a parameters into one method).  As-Is  is taking more time as we are processing xml nodes synchronously. As we all know if we use asynchronous process definitely we would get some performance. So,it would be so grateful if any one suggest better way to achieve it

  • Hi,

Test Tools in Visual Studio 2010 and 2012 forum is to discuss Visual Studio testing issues.

If you want to pass XML child nodes asynchronously to a normal method programmatically, I suggest you consult your issue on development forum: Visual Studio Language Forums: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/vstudio/en-US/home?category=vslanguages based on the programming language for better support.
