  • Hi Leon,

As long as your firewall allows HTTP/HTTPS traffic, you shouldn't need to open any ports at all.

    Thanks,

    Ben.

  • Hi snooplup,

There is another thread here that you might want to look at.  The first question, though, is: Do you know if your corporate proxy requires some sort of authentication to use it?

    Thanks,

    Ben.

  • Hi,

I thought so to, and 80/443 (tcp) is enabled, just the client still says that its unable to connect, while if i connect a remote VPN server that allows full access, the problem is solved, so i reggen i need to have our IT open up some more ports.

  • Hi Leon,

You should be fine as long as 80 and 443 are enabled for outbound.  Are you able to hit mesh.com the the Live Desktop through the browser?  Is it possible your IT department is blocking *.Mesh.com traffic?

    Thanks,

    John

  • Hi All

I have the same problem, our ISA server is allowing HTTP and HTTPS traffic but I am unable to remote to my work computer via my mesh device interface.

    thanks
