I have had nothing but problems since I purchased Microsoft Office Professional 2007 back in April. I'm running on Vista. I am experiencing:
-Outlook constantly stops responding. -The servers can not communicate from my business/domain e-mail. -Business Contact Manager always freezes up. -Outlook "stops working" when I try to export my business contact manager data. -BCM and Accounting are not integrating customer information.
I have tried to resolve the issues by: -uninstalling and reinstalling -verifying my business e-mail server (SMTP) is pointed directly -verified BCM & Accounting are on the same database -Downloaded service packs MSXML (KB936181), (KB941833) and (KB954430).
I REALLY need to have this software and database functioning top notch in order to maintain the operational records of my company. I would be devastated to have to seek out an alternative program after I have spent all of this money, time and effort to implement this system.
I'm desperate for these issues to be resolved. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Are there are white papers out there on these issues? Dawn Lawson
