  Hi,

  you have different option to implement your requirement, consume MS CRM webservice or CRM API to fetch data from CRM database. you can generate early binding classes to use in your webapplication. Please download MS CRM 2011 latest SDK you will get lot's of sample code there.

  also you need to use metada service to fetch optionset from ms crm 2011.
