Windows 7 Home Premiums not genuine

Question
-
I got a Dell Studio laptop last year and it came with a pre-installed copy of Windows 7 Home Premium. But after I got my keyboard fixed (some keys not functioning since accidentally spilled water), it shows black screen and "copy is not genuine". I tried several key finder gadgets online that's supposed to find my product key in the registry, but after I typed the product key in the activation window, it doesn't work.
Thanks!
Rita

The Key in use here is NOT one issued by Dell - and the BIOS is not compatible with a OEM_SLP activation of Win 7 (which is what all Dells ship with), since it was manufactured well before Win 7 came out.You have three versions of Office installed - one of which is definitely counterfeit (using a blocked Product Key for Office Enterprise, which is not for sale to the general public), one of which hasn't been activated, and the other is probably a trial version. If you got this machine from Dell, then it didn't come with Win7 on it (although you may have qualified for and received a free upgrade later)The key that goes with the install should be with the disks that came with the machine. The key currently in use is a Default Key - one that the installer puts in when no key is entered during the install - and cannot be activated. You need to change the Product Key to that which came with your Win 7 disk.--

Hello, Rita
To add to and clarify what Noel said, the key you are using currently is from MSDN and has been blocked from activating. These keys are not intended to be sold or used outside of the owner’s environment.
In the event that your computer did come with Windows 7, you should have a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) sticker on it that has a product key and shows what version of Windows it is for. You can try entering this key if the version listed matches what you have installed (Windows 7 Home Premium).
