Someone stole my MCP ID RRS feed

    I found out today my MCP ID is being used by a company that I have never heard of. 

    I attempted to disassociate my ID from their account on this page:  https://partners.microsoft.com/partnerprogram/individualhome.aspx

    But I get an error on that page.  The error page has a link to https://partners.microsoft.com/partnerprogram/ContactMicrosoft.aspx

    And I get a SharePoint access denied page when I attempt to login with my windows live ID. 

    How do I get my MCP ID back?  I need to associate it with my employer.  Is it common for foreign companies to steal these?
