microsoft office 2010 pre-installed

  Dear Sir/Madam:

  I bought a new computer two days ago. It came with a pre-installed Microsoft Office 2010.  It said that it is not a trial version and is genuine.  I downloaded it and it worked for once.  Now I can't start it.  What is the problem?  Please help.  Please respond at imikhan1@hotmail.com.
