I bought a new xbox cause my old one was starting to lose its lazer for game reading and when I transfered the data I needed to type in a password, for some reason that wasn't working. I think I may have two accounts

steelmamba@hotmail.com (which I can't) I'm trying to get the password for the mamba one because I have an xbox live account linked to it I've tried answering the surcurity question but it
keeps knockong me back, however it seems to work for the microsoft suppport service when they put it in. I don't know what I'm doing wrong I just want access to my xbox live account again. I'm willing to provide any information needed please call
xbox service to find out my information needed to contact me, my gamertag is STEELUNDERTAKER. If I could have a customer support number or something that would be great. thank you
