Update for Windows Live Photo Gallery (KB 946486) Failed

Question
-
Why does One Care keep telling me to go to Windows update to download the Live Photo Gallery update, which always fails, since I do not have the Photo Gallery as part of my One Care subscription? I cannot keep my One Care oval green due to this. Talk about frustrating, it has tried to install this 8 different times now.

OneCare checks to *all* updates on Windows Update that are marked critical or important. The Windows Live Photo Gallery update is on that list. Until you install this update successfully or uninstall the Windows Live Photo Gallery, you are considered at risk by OneCare.

There is a newsgroup for Windows Live Photo Gallery -
Or try the Windows Update Solution Center -
