  • Question

  • If the vastness of the internet (thank you Mr. Gore) fails to provide answers to MS Project questions, how does one log an issue with them and get support directly from MS?

    Thx.

If you are willing to spend some $$$, you can call Microsoft Support to get assistance directly from Microsoft.  If your call involves a bug in the software, I do not believe that Microsoft charges you for the call.  Refer to the following URL for information about Microsoft Support:

If you do not want to pay for support, the next best thing is this user forum, where people will help you out of the kindness of their hearts.  Hope this helps.
