Microsoft Fixit - Unable to download troubleshooters

  My computer is XP, SP3. I tried downloading Microsoft Fixit Center, but when installation starts, I get the error message and then it  quits. My default browser is Firefox 4, but now I mostly use IE8. Windows Firewall, and all updates current. Help?
