I have done what Darin mentioned on someone else thread....
The Licensing Data section of the Diagnostic Report isn't showing correct information. This usually indicates that Windows 7's Licensing Store may be corrupt or unreadable. Try the below steps to recreate the Store.
1) Open an Internet Browser
2) Type: %windir%\system32 into the browser address bar.
3) Find the file CMD.exe
4) Right-Click on CMD.exe and select 'Run as Administrator'
5) Type: net stop sppsvc (It may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
Note: the Software Protection servive may not be running, this is ok.
6) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform
7) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
8) Type: cd %windir%\system32
9) Type: net start sppsvc
10) Type: slui.exe11) After a couple of seconds Windows Activation dialog will appear. You may be asked to re-activate and/or re-enter your product key or Activation may occur automaticly., but it only lasted about 2 weeks.
...this worked but only last a couple of weeks. Now I have the non-genuine error again, even after I type in mykey.

Look on the bottom of your computer for a COA sticker, it may be inside the battery compartment, install that key by navigating to system properties in the control panel (or pressing pause and win keys at the same time), scroll to the bottom of the page and click on change product key.
Now, activate by phone
Activate by phone
1. Type "slui 4" in the start menu search box, hit enter
2. Select country or region
3. Dial the number, DO NOT select any menu options, just wait and a person will pick up.
4. activate by phone.
Also, your Office product is using a blocked VLK, you will need to install a retail version of office with a legitimate key. If you purchased this product you should seek a refund.
