CRM integration with hosting company

  MS Crm supports to connect to CRM Hosting Site such as CRM Live.

  You would just require your MS CRM Organisaion URL with which you connect to MS CRM.

  Thanks for your reply.

  My Question is what to ask crm hosting company to provide.

  not how to using crm web service.

  eg. what is your Authentication Type?

  what is your crm discovery end point URL

  and o on.

  Please ask the following:

  1. Authentication Type (it should be Passport )

  2. The Server URL to access CRM. Once you get the URL, you will get the WSDL endpoints When you use CRM Discovery Service. Even though ask for.

  3. And the Credentials to connect.

  but still cant connect to the server.

  For IFD authentication to work your mscrm crmasync service should be running for the IFD pipeline to work, please check with your hosting company if this service has been started. Please consider auto restart on failure for this service. It may have shutdown unexpectedly.
