My sub runs out in Apr,2010, and it has not been working for over two months now.I had to reset my computer back to original, and now my 1 care is showing my system at risk. Somebody out there give me a clue. ThanxFriday, October 23, 2009 10:33 PM

If One Care is at risk, asking for you to subscribe, all you need to do is activate One Care. To activate, open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password associated with your subscription. If One Care is at risk for another reason please post back.

If activation failed then most likely you entered an incorrect Live ID. If you can't remember the Live ID associated with your account I suggest contacting support for help.
