xp_cmdshell "Please complete the SyncToy upgrade"

  Hello everyone.
  
  This is not much on Google. When I want to SSMS in SQL Server 2008 R2 using T-SQL command line to run synctoy2.1: "The implementation of the master .. xp_cmdshell 'D: \ tools \'s SyncToy \ synctoycmd.exe-R".
  Then, I got a "SyncToyCmd cannot continue until the recent SyncToy upgrade is complete.Please complete the SyncToy upgrade by running SyncToy.exe.".
  I'm using the same domain account logon window and SSMS.
  
  Any ideas, or similar experience?
